"Welcome to www.mjnolan.ie and thank you for visiting the website of YOUR Carlow TD. I would encourage you to treat this site as an online extension of my constituency office. My aim is that this website will be used to communicate more effectively with my constituents. It will act as another point of access for any questions or queries you may have for me. The next few weeks will be an extremely busy time for me as we face a huge battle in trying to keep a TD in Carlow. Since the last election in 2002, I have worked tirelessly for the people of Carlow and I believe that the results of my work can be seen throughout the county. At a national level I have worked on both the Finance and Child Protection Committees and I sit on the Executive Committee of Parliamentarians for Global Action, a non-profit, non-partisan international network of elected legislators with over 1300 members in more than 100 countries around the globe. It is an honour for me to represent the people of Carlow and I hope to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.
